You may return unopened resell-able products for a full refund (less shipping expenses). Additionally, if your product arrives damaged a refund may be issued or a replacement will be shipped to you at the discretion of FreshSkin.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or within 7 days of receiving your parcel if you wish to return it or if it is damaged. If your product arrived damages please attach photos of the damage with your replacement or refund request. Our customer care consultant will then review photos and advise you on the next steps in the process. Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds for change of mind or dislike of product.
